Woodlands wins Awards

At Woodlands, we know how good our park is, because our residents are always telling us how much they enjoy living here. But it’s still pleasing to have our efforts recognised by independent experts – like the British Holiday and Home Parks Association.

They have recently awarded Woodlands their highest accolade – the BH&HPA Gold Award – recognising the superb standards we have achieved throughout the park. We are delighted with this news, as it rewards all the hard work that our team have put in to make Woodlands a wonderful place to live.

As well as the overall Gold award, the BH&HPA also praised the unique natural environment we have created around our lodge homes, with 45 acres of woodlands and wetlands to explore and enjoy. We have been awarded the Wildflower Habitat Badge, and we have also been named as a Honey Bee Friendly Park, in recognition of our conservation efforts.

We’re thrilled with these awards, but perhaps the highest accolade of all comes not from our residents or the industry experts. It comes from the dozens of different species of animals and birds that have chosen Woodlands as a way of life.

From squirrels and deer, to kingfishers and rare migrating birds like the Lesser Snow Goose, hundreds of creatures have decided to call Woodlands home. And you could too, joining them in this magical environment in the heart of the Lancashire countryside. Call now on 01995 601100 or email us today for more details.
